From June to September, there are many major events in the area around Vaujany and Alpe d’Huez.

But it doesn’t always have to be sports. There are also other events, such as the now famous Pétarades of Vaujany. Enjoy a weekend of beautiful oldtimers that have the starting point of their tours here.

Megavalanche (VTT / mountain biking): 1st – 7th July 2024.
La Marmotte Gran Fondo (cycling): June 30th, 2024.
Tour de France 2024 (the 111th edition). Le Tour will be in our region on July 2nd; stage Pinerolo (Italy) – Valloire passing the Col de lautaret and the Col de Galibier. And also in the 17th stage when the Tur will finish in Superdevoluy on July 17th.
Triathlon EDF Alpe d’Huez: July 22 – 26, 2024
Les Pétarades (classic cars) Vaujany August 15 – 17th 2024.
Tour de France Femmes 2024: the 8th and last stage will finish on the Alp d’Huez on Sunday 18th of August.
Alpes – Vaujany La cyclosportive GFNY (cycling): race 118 km. tour 40 km. 21st of September 2024.
